Diana Stevens has lived in Mackay all her life and works full-time as a Reporting Analyst for a local energy distribution company.

In her spare time she enjoys waterskiing and camping and her latest hobby of designing beaded jewellery.

Diana is a self-taught jewellery designer and has been creating jewellery since 2005. Her designs originated from crystal sun catchers, to children’s jewellery and has now evolved into a more complex range of jewellery designs.

Diana likes to work with Freshwater Pearls, Shell Beads, Swarovski Crystals, and Glass Beads. She also enjoys incorporating wireworked elements into her designs.

Diana’s daughter Mikaela also enjoys helping in the design and creation of jewellery, making this a real family affair. Mikaela helps Mum by sorting beads, rescuing spilled vials of seed beads.. and makes her own range of children’s bracelets.

Diana is an outgoing, fun loving person and as such fits perfectly into the role of Marketing and PR team member! This exuberance, shines through in her vibrant and eye catching colour combinations, and is directly influenced by her very own love of jewellery.
